Seating configurations vary by room, and the entire facility can host up to 150 seated guests (200 for appetizers). Free parking is available in the main lot around the center, with 24-hour access. Public transit is accessible via nearby bus lines 403 and 487 along Santa Fe Drive in Overland Park. The Briarcliff location at Briarcliff Village expands options for events and cooking experiences starting March 2026.
