The Grand Pavilion in Porthcawl is a Grade II-listed, multi-purpose theatre and arts venue operated in partnership with Awen Cultural Trust. With a Main Hall capacity of great seats and a Stage Door capacity of great seats (no orchestra pit), the venue has hosted high-profile acts and film festivals and remains a cornerstone of Welsh cultural life. Note: the venue was closed in February 2024 for Levelling Up-funded refurbishment, with redevelopment anticipated to complete around 2027.
