About The Gregg Museum of Art & Design

The Gregg Museum of Art & Design is a on-campus collecting museum operated by NC State University, located at 1903 Hillsborough Street in Raleigh, NC. Free admission makes it easy to explore rotating exhibitions and the institution's rich design and art collections. The museum moved to the historic Chancellor’s Residence and reopened in August 2017, continuing its mission to engage visitors with thoughtful exhibitions and programs.

Seating for events at The Gregg is limited. The Sunroom offers a small meeting space with a capacity of 15, suitable for intimate gatherings. The Garden and Lobby are part of the venue’s public experience, but private meeting use is not available in the Lobby, and the rental program is limited (currently not available for weddings or personal events).
