About The Guild

Welcome to The Guild, an urban, industrial-style event space nestled in the heart of Kansas City’s Crossroads Arts District. Designed to host weddings, galas, corporate events, nonprofits, and private celebrations, The Guild offers versatile spaces and a collaborative environment to bring your event vision to life. With a total footprint that includes a 6,500 sq ft Main Hall, a 5,000 sq ft Courtyard Garden, and 3,500+ sq ft of Lobby/Loft/Paradise areas, you’ll find flexible layouts to suit ceremonies, receptions, meetings, and large gatherings.

On-site parking includes an 80+ space lot, with additional street parking and nearby paid lots. Seating varies by event, with up to 250 guests seated in the Main Hall (238 if a live band is part of the program) and up to 500 for cocktail-style standing events. Note that The Guild does not publish a public seating chart; floor plans are flexible and provided upon inquiry so you can tailor the setup to your needs.
