With flexibility for weddings, galas, fashion events, and corporate gatherings, this venue blends historic charm with modern event versatility.

Capacity varies by layout: South Ballroom accommodates up to 400 seated or 600 standing; North Ballroom typically 150–200 seated with flexible standing space; combined space can host roughly 1,200 guests for standing events. Parking is not included with rental, but valet parking can be arranged under a separate agreement.
