For larger events, private buyouts can accommodate up to 200 guests standing. Note: there is no public seating chart; all layouts are arranged to fit your event needs.

Parking & transportation: Street parking is available in downtown Sanford. Be aware that downtown Sanford parking has been affected by development, and a Palmetto Ave parking lot was removed in 2024. For convenient access, consider nearby transit options: SunRail Sanford Station is close by, with the complimentary Sanford trolley circulating locally.
