The Nightlight is Akron’s beloved independent nonprofit movie theater now expanding to two screens, offering a welcoming, community-focused cinema experience. Located at 30 N High St in downtown Akron, this venue hosts a mix of indie films, film festivals, and special screenings like the Wild & Scenic Film Festival and ReelAbilities. With a total seating capacity of about 113 (Screen 1 ~42 seats; Screen 2 ~71 seats), most shows are first-come, first-served, so plan to arrive a bit early to secure your preferred seat.
