  • Original North Door opened in 2009 at 502 Brushy Street, Austin, TX 78702; capacity around 300; permanently closed September 2020 due to the pandemic.
  • Space formerly occupied by The North Door at 501 Brushy Street is now Parish (brand and programming led by Heard Presents) and rebranded as Brushy Street Commons Day & Night.
  • A smaller North Door re-emerged at 908 E. Fifth Street in September 2022 for select programming, before branding shifted to Parish/Brushy Street Commons.
  • Current public-facing capacity for the Parish/Brushy Street Commons venue is reported around 450 (depending on configuration).
  • Notable events historically hosted there include Nerd Nite, Bedpost Confessions, Astronomy on Tap, Fusebox Festival activities, and Lola Local Opera Local Artists performances.
