Timmins venues offer a mix of intimate spaces and larger arenas. McIntyre Community Centre (Mac) in Schumacher, with approximately 1,300 seats in the main setups and a total capacity around 1,931 with standing room, hosts community events and the Timmins Multicultural Festival. The Ballroom at McIntyre Centre seats 360, while the Auditorium seats 140, giving you options for different event sizes. Archie Dillon Sportsplex provides a compact setting with seating for 50 and standing room for 75. La Ronde Cultural Center (Centre Culturel La Ronde) is Timmins’ Francophone hub, opened in 2023, with rooms ranging from 100 to 740 in capacity and the venue address at 1500 Riverside Dr, Suite 56. The Shania Twain Centre era is now part of Timmins history, replaced by La Ronde for bilingual and cultural programming. Timmins Transit offers routes to these venues, making travel easy. Parking is available at several venues, with some free-per-event notes for McIntyre facilities.
