Welcome to the Tulsa Ballroom at Arvest Convention Center, the heart of Tulsa’s largest gatherings. Formerly known as Cox Business Center, Maxwell Convention Center, and Tulsa Assembly Center, the venue was officially renamed Arvest Convention Center on March 1, 2025. Located at 100 Civic Center, Tulsa, OK 74103, this premier convention complex houses two expansive spaces—the Tulsa Ballroom and the Grand Hall—catering to conventions, trade shows, dance competitions, and large conferences. The Grand Hall is Oklahoma’s largest ballroom, offering up to 3,744 theater seats and 2,050 banquet seats, while the Tulsa Ballroom provides theater seating for up to 2,450 and banquet seating for up to 1,500. The space can be configured into up to four separate rooms for flexible layouts. Parking is easy with the Civic Center Parkade adjacent to the venue, plus on-street metered options and ParkWhiz reservations.
