Reservations and ticketing for Davies Center events are coordinated through the Event Services office in Davies Center 240. For flexibility and variety, the Center offers multiple spaces to accommodate different group sizes and event types.
Davies Center sits at 77 Roosevelt Avenue, Eau Claire, WI 54701. When you book, we’ll help you navigate campus parking options, including free campus Ivisitor parking permits (via the Flesch Family Welcome Center) and nearby short-term AMP parking. ADA stalls are available in the Phillips Lot near 77 Roosevelt Ave. For transportation, Eau Claire Transit and rideshares like Uber and Lyft provide convenient options. Nearby hotels and dining options offer comfortable stays and easy access to events. - Major spaces and capacities at Davies Center include: Ojibwe Grand Ballroom (330) with total auditorium capacity 800 and up to four sub-spaces (330A: 50; 330B: 50; 330C: 180; 330 Center: 250); Dakota Ballroom (340) up to 300 in auditorium (split North/South 120 each).
- Other reservable spaces include Woodland Theater (328) with fixed 190 seats, Council Oak Room (260) up to 44, Ho-Chunk Room (320E) up to 44, Menominee Room (320F) up to 40, and several smaller rooms (Oneida, Little Niagara, Mohican, etc.).
