Nestled inside the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square, this venue blends professional function space with first-rate on-site amenities. Whether you’re planning a concert, conference, or social gathering, Commons on Vine offers flexible configurations to suit your needs, with a capacity of approximately 250 seated and 300 standing.

As development progresses, the Commons on Vine space is expanding. The redevelopment announced in 2025 aims to bring a larger, more dynamic venue experience, including a 44-foot video wall in the Common Ground area and dedicated breakout rooms—The Statesman and The Confidant. Completion is targeted for early 2026, making Vine Street Commons an evolving centerpiece for events in Lancaster.
