Vista Theatre is a beloved historic single-screen cinema located at 4473 Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles. Opened in 1923 as the Lou Bard Playhouse, it earned the name Vista Theatre by 1927 and has since become a cultural landmark. Purchased by filmmaker Quentin Tarantino in 2021 and reopened in late 2023 after a thoughtful renovation, the venue now offers a curated blend of new releases and classic titles, with a strong emphasis on 35mm and 70mm presentation formats.
