About Voinovich Park
Voinovich Park, officially Voinovich Bicentennial Park and commonly referred to as Voinovich Park, is a 4.5-acre outdoor venue on the Cleveland lakefront at the north end of East 9th Street Pier in North Coast Harbor. The park is a versatile space used for festivals and community events, featuring an artistically terraced central green space and a concrete stage in the southwest corner. It’s a popular spot for locals and visitors who want a relaxed outdoor experience with easy access to Cleveland’s harbor district.
Events here range from large-scale summer concerts to running clubs and cultural festivals. While there are no fixed seats, the park accommodates standing room for events up to 3,500 attendees. We’ve got you covered with practical tips on parking, transit, and nearby amenities to help you secure your seats and plan your visit.
Parking is available at the nearby pier lot with pay-by-the-hour rates. Access hours vary, and on event days, parking can be limited. North Coast Harbor offers convenient public transit options and pedestrian bridges linking the park to surrounding attractions. Nearby hotels and dining options within a short walk include a range of choices for convenient lodging and post-event meals.
Notable annual and seasonal happenings include Symphony at Sunset (OPUS 216) on summer Sundays, the Harbor Hustlers running club, Tequila Fest Cleveland, and, since 2024, the Lone Sailor Monument addition—an iconic tribute that complements the harbor experience. If you’re planning a visit, consider affiliate hotel and restaurant partners for convenient lodging and dining near the park.
