About Vultures
Vultures is a small, 21+ neighborhood dive-bar and intimate concert venue located at 2100 E Platte Ave in downtown Colorado Springs. Opened in 2021 and occupying the site of the former Angry Pirate Bar (renamed and converted rather than demolished), Vultures offers a laid-back, no-fuss setting ideal for up-close performances and casual nights out. The venue seats are limited with most of the space devoted to standing room, making it a perfect environment for energetic local and touring acts seeking an intimate connection with the audience.
With a capacity of roughly 150 guests, Vultures emphasizes a friendly, community-driven vibe. Expect open mic Mondays and karaoke Tuesdays, along with a rotating lineup of local favorites and touring performers across genres. Secure your seats early for popular shows, and consider flexible plans on busy nights given the intimate footprint.
