Warehouse 21 is a storied space in the heart of Santa Fe, repurposed for community use after its heyday as a venue. Located at 1614 Paseo de Peralta in the Historic District, the site encompasses roughly 5,000 sq ft with a great seats theatre and flexible spaces for film screenings and community projects when activated. The surrounding area is rich with culture, dining, and easy transit access, making it a convenient reference point for visitors exploring downtown Santa Fe.

  • Venue footprint: 5,000 sq ft space with a ~100-seat black box theatre inside the warehouse (theatre built in 2008).
  • Current status: Warehouse 21 moved out in 2019; the building sits empty and is city-owned; as of Jan 2026 it was used as a warming center during Code Blue events.
