Washtenaw Farm Council Grounds is a versatile, multi-building event center and agricultural fairgrounds located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. With over 55,000 square feet of rentable space across seven buildings (A–G) and two arenas, the venue accommodates a wide range of events—from county fairs and trade shows to maker fairs and community gatherings. On-site parking spans more than 20 acres, and camping is available for up to 62 campers, making it a convenient hub for multi-day or large-scale events. Although there isn’t a single fixed seating chart published publicly, spaces are configurable with a centralized PA system that delivers clear audio throughout all buildings. Building A features a full kitchen, and power is available every 15 feet in display areas to support exhibitors and event setups.
