Welcome to XFINITY Live! in Philadelphia, the vibrant event complex nestled in the Stadium District. Home to the NBC Sports Arena and Victory Beer Hall, this venue hosts major UFC watch parties, concerts, and large-scale celebrations. Formerly known as Xfinity Live!, the district has rebranded as Stateside Live!, but the experience remains the same: great sightlines, easy access, and nonstop energy. Seating and space details help you secure your seats with confidence. The NBC Sports Arena accommodates up to 1,500 for events, with individual seating around 152 per section, across roughly 12,500 sq ft total (Main Inside Space ~10,100 sq ft). Victory Beer Hall offers indoor seating for 290 and total indoor/outdoor capacity up to 600. Parking is available in XFINITY Live! Lots with Broad Street access and can be reserved via SpotHero or ParkMe; some stadium district lots offer complimentary parking on non-event days. For transit, nearby SEPTA Broad Street Line access at NRG Station is convenient for many visitors. Nearby hotels include Courtyard Philadelphia South at the Navy Yard (1001 Intrepid Ave) and Holiday Inn Philadelphia Arpt-Stadium Area (2033 Penrose Ave).
