Seating, Parking & Venue Information

  • Locations and venue types: Downtown 5th Ave Taproom at 213 E. 5th Avenue, Knoxville (taproom); Hardin Valley Taproom at 10677 Hardin Valley Rd (taproom); Central Street Production & Events at 2735 N Central St (production facility with private event space).
  • Private event capacities: 5th Ave Passenger space seats up to 60 guests; Warehouse space can host up to 100 guests; Central Street (XUL Central) up to 70 guests; Hardin Valley Media Room up to 50 guests.
  • Seating and charts: Private spaces include 60" round tables with linens in some configurations; Passenger uses high-top/bar seating; Warehouse uses German-style beer garden tables/benches; Central Street offers high-top and standard seating; Media Room has flexible seating.
  • Parking: Central Street private parking is included for private events; Covenant Health Park (Kill the Lights) provides parking options via Langley and Summer Place garages with a free KAT shuttle on event days.
