About Wurstfest
Welcome to Wurstfest, the Texas tradition that celebrates German heritage with a modern twist. Now in its 64th year, this festival fills New Braunfels with music, culture, authentic fare, and continuous festivities across multiple days. We’ve got you covered with essential details, ways to save on tickets, and tips to make the most of your Wurstfest experience.
Venue: Wurstfest Grounds, 120 Landa Street, New Braunfels, TX 78130. The grounds host five stages and a lined-up roster of 40+ bands, including notable newcomers like The Billie Jeans, MacKenzies Good Time Polka Band, and Happy Hour Oktoberfest Band. Hours vary by day, with weekday evenings, extended-Friday hours, and weekend daytime programming.
Dates: November 7–16, 2025. Opening ceremonies kick off on November 7 at 4:00 PM with the traditional biting of the sausage at 5:30 PM. Each day brings its own schedule, so check the calendar for the acts and times you’re most excited about.
