About Metropolitan Opera: The Magic Flute
Join us for a festive matinee of The Magic Flute at the Metropolitan Opera House, part of the MET’s celebrated holiday season. This abridged, English-language staging choreographed by Julie Taymor is designed for families and first-time opera-goers alike, with two alternating casts conducted by Steven White and Erin Yashima. The performance runs as a holiday presentation from December 11, 2025 through January 3, 2026, with a special Holiday Open House for ticketholders on December 14 featuring free activities in the lobby.
