Join us for the Virginia International Tattoo at Scope Arena in Norfolk, a signature Virginia Arts Festival event celebrating VA250 and American independence. Expect 800+ performers from around the world, including massed pipes and drums, military bands, drill teams, and dynamic dance and vocal ensembles. The main performance on Sunday is set for 2:30 PM, with additional showtimes throughout the weekend to fit your schedule.
Plan your visit around the full weekend experience, including Hullabaloo at Scope Plaza and the International Drumming Showcase on show days. Free public entertainment is also available: the Virginia International Tattoo American Pipe Band Championship at Scope Plaza on Saturday, April 18, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, culminating in a massed bands performance at 6:00 PM.
