The 38th Catalina Island JazzTrax Festival brings a full weekend of jazz vibes to the historic Avalon Ballroom at the Catalina Casino in Avalon, CA. For 2025, you can lock in a 5 Session Pass, which covers all Friday, Saturday, and Sunday ballroom sessions during the event window. Note that October 17 features a Friday-evening schedule with two standout performances: Erin Stevenson at 7:00 pm followed by the Bob James Quartet at 9:00 pm. The festival also includes an opening weekend (Oct 9–12) and closing weekend (Oct 16–19). A separate Thursday Unplugged ticket is available, and single-day tickets typically go on sale around Memorial Day, with the full weekend pass often releasing in Thanksgiving week.
