Join us for the historic Gold Country Pro Rodeo in Auburn, California. Dating back to 1932 and rebranded in 2014, this rodeo brings together top cowboys and exciting family-friendly events at the Gold Country Fairgrounds. Plan your visit for May 15–17, 2026 to experience thrilling rodeo competition, pre-rodeo activities, Mutton Busting for the kids, and the iconic Rodeo Queen moments. Secure your seats for each day’s action, with day-specific seating options and pricing, and get ready for a great weekend of western hospitality in Auburn.
venue details: Gold Country Fairgrounds, 209 Fairgate Rd., Auburn, CA 95603. Gates open at 4:30 pm (Fri), 1:30 pm (Sat), and 11:30 am (Sun) with pre-rodeo starts before the main event. Friday features pre-rodeo at 6:30 pm and rodeo at 7:00 pm; Saturday pre-rodeo at 3:30 pm and rodeo at 4:00 pm; Sunday pre-rodeo at 1:30 pm and rodeo at 2:00 pm. Kid-friendly options include Mutton Busting and half-price tickets for kids on Sunday. A Platinum Pro Rodeo Pass is available for dedicated fans. Kick-Off Night on May 13 offers free admission to begin rodeo week.
