About Storytelling Competition
Join us at the iconic Vogue Theatre in downtown Vancouver for the finale of Vancouver Story Slam’s year-long storytelling competition. Since its inception in 2004, Vancouver Story Slam has been one of Canada’s longest-running live storytelling events, delivering powerful true-to-life tales told by local voices. The December 6, 2025 show features ten finalists sharing their compelling stories to crown this year’s champion. Doors open at 7:00 PM with showtime at 8:00 PM PT.
Finalists performing live include Aidan Eric, Clark Antonich, Don Simpson, Fergus Allen, Isabel Shiller, Karen Spears, Kelly Podlubny, Leah Erdos, Micki Buie, and Zoe Bradburn. This is a treasured Vancouver event that draws storytelling enthusiasts from across the city and beyond.
