Ticket sales and access rules are designed to reward loyalty while keeping attendance fair. Home supporters who are Bayer 04 season-card holders and club members have early access starting November 4, 2025 at 12:00 CET, with a maximum of 2 tickets per purchaser and a waiting room/pre-authentication phase from 11:30 CET. Long-standing members pre-2022 enjoy full stadium access, while general members (2022–2025) can access most areas except the North Stand. New members (since 01 July 2025) can access blocks F4 and F9. Newcastle United supporters can purchase away tickets with digital delivery for £39, via a phased sale process (Phase 1–4) coordinated by Newcastle and Bayer 04. Date is listed as 10 December 2025 with a 21:00 CET kickoff.
