Details to help you plan: rides depart from One Railroad Avenue, Essex, CT 06426, with Tue–Fri departures typically between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM and Sat–Sun departures from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Each trip lasts about 90 minutes. Ticket options include Coach, First Class, and Premium First Class, with pricing varying by day and tier. In addition to the ride, kids receive a small gift, and there are festive sing-alongs with hot chocolate and cookies provided onboard. Please note there are no refunds or exchanges.
