About Diamond Dawg Classic
Experience a one-of-a-kind seven-inning exhibition at Dudy Noble Field/Polk-Dement Stadium, as the Diamond Dawg Classic brings together Mississippi State University alumni teams Team Thunder and Team Lightning. Hosted by the Farm Bureau Diamond Dawg Classic powered by The Bulldog Initiative, this highlight-filled evening features more than 50 MSU Bulldogs, including MLB alumni, and lively pregame festivities. Gates open at 5:30 p.m. with pregame activities starting at 6:35 p.m. The first pitch is set for 7:15 p.m. on Friday, November 7, 2025.
