About Armstrong IPE & Stampede
Welcome to Armstrong’s iconic IPE & Stampede, a 125th anniversary celebration at the Armstrong IPE Grounds. From September 2–6, 2026, the grounds come alive with rodeo action, live music on the Envico Main Stage and Community Corner Stage, and special evenings like the Barn Dance featuring Appaloosa (19+). Gates open daily at 7:30am, with the grounds typically closing around 9:00pm and optional re-entry until 10:00pm. Plan ahead: gate admission, rodeo, and Barn Dance tickets are sold separately in advance through Showpass—the official ticket provider. Note that some events require advance purchase and there are no at-door rodeo tickets. This is a city-friendly experience in Armstrong, BC, celebrating the 125th anniversary of the IPE with a variety of family-friendly activities and high-energy performances.
To make the most of your visit, arrive early to enjoy the exhibitions and community activities at the Envico Main Stage and the Community Corner Stage. The Barn Dance on Friday and Saturday nights offers a unique, energetic experience (adult 19+).
