About Amateur Night
Discover Amateur Night’s Holiday Special, a festive, non-competitive showcase presented as part of The Apollo’s 2025 Fall/Winter season. While auditions and planning take place in November and December, the Holiday Special brings together familiar Apollo alumni and special guests for two magical evenings in a historic New York venue. Note: The November 19, 2025 Amateur Night event at The Apollo is not scheduled. Auditions for the Holiday Special are set for Saturday, November 15, 2025, at American Dream Mall in East Rutherford, NJ. The Holiday Special itself is scheduled for December 19–20, 2025, at The Apollo Stages at The Victoria Theater (The Apollo’s Victoria) in New York City.
