Keitaro Harada is a renowned conductor and the music and artistic director of multiple prominent orchestras, with a career spanning performance, leadership, and recorded works. Born February 26, 1985 in Tokyo, Japan, Harada has built a distinguished path that blends orchestral leadership with innovative programming and international collaborations. His roles include Music & Artistic Director of the Savannah Philharmonic since 2020/21, Permanent Conductor of the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra since 2024, and Principal Guest Conductor/Artistic Partner for the Aichi Chamber Orchestra in Japan. He is set to become Music & Artistic Director Designate of the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra, assuming the role officially on July 1, 2025. Harada was honored with the 2023 Sir Georg Solti Conducting Award, recognizing his promising international impact.
