About Canal Club

Canal Club is a two-floor music venue located at 1545 East Cary Street in downtown Richmond. The upstairs room holds about 720 attendees and the downstairs room accommodates around 450, offering a dynamic mix of national and regional acts, tributes, indie, and metal shows. Unless noted, shows are general admission and seating is first-come, first-served. Whether you’re catching a powerhouse headline or an intimate set, Canal Club delivers a diverse live music experience in the city.
