It’s a storied destination that has hosted iconic acts over the decades, from Nirvana to Iggy Pop, and remains a cornerstone of the Triangle’s live music scene. In 2024, Cat's Cradle announced expansion plans for a new space at 107 Brewer Lane, though the original venue continues to operate in Carrboro.

Two-room setup
Main Room (capacity 750) and Back Room (capacity 200) offer different atmospheres. Most shows are general admission, with standing room in the Main Room and occasional fixed seating around the perimeter. The Back Room features balcony seating for certain performances. For seated shows, tickets will indicate reserved seating details.
