About Credit Union of Texas Event Center

The Credit Union of Texas Event Center, formerly the Allen Event Center, is a versatile indoor arena located in The Village at Allen. With more than 7,000 seats configured across multiple layouts, this venue hosts everything from sports to concerts to large-scale conventions. Whether you’re catching a professional game, a major esports event, or a live show, we’ve got you covered with easy ticket access, clear seating information, and practical tips for parking and getting around the area.

Parking is complimentary on event days, with the South Parking Garage serving most events. Please note that uncovered retail lots surrounding the center are not available for event-day parking. When you’re ready to stay close by, the Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Allen at the Event Center sits adjacent to the venue, making it a convenient choice for out-of-town guests. The Village at Allen also offers a range of dining and shopping options for before or after events.

The venue has hosted notable events including the Allen Americans (ECHL) and the Dallas Sidekicks (MASL), and has welcomed major esports and national competitions like the NCWA Nationals (2019), Overwatch League Homestand Weekend (2019), the Call of Duty League Championship (2024), and planning for the League of Legends Championship Series in 2026. With multiple seating configurations—Full House Seated Floor, General Admission, Half/Quarter/Three-Quarter House—the Credit Union of Texas Event Center can tailor the space to your event needs.

Secure your seats today and enjoy a straightforward purchasing process with a trusted partner who knows the ins and outs of Allen’s premier venue. We’ve got you covered from seating to parking, and we’ll point you toward trusted nearby hotels and dining options to enhance your event experience.
