Getting there
The Hideout is located at 1354 W Wabansia Ave, Chicago, IL 60642. There is ample free street parking directly in front of the Hideout (on Wabansia) and on surrounding streets (Ada St.+Throop). Numerous bicycle racks are available along Wabansia, and a DIVVY Bike station is located at the corner of Elston & Wabansia. [1] [2]

The Hideout was purchased by friends Tim and Katie Tuten and Mike and Jim Hinchsliff in 1996. The venue is located in the industrial area between the Lincoln Park and Bucktown neighborhoods of Chicago in the Elston Avenue Industrial Corridor. The Hideout has been a key Chicago performance and community venue since its establishment. [2]
