Madison Square Garden Tickets

MSG uses a 360-degree bowl with three main levels: floor/lower bowl, 100-level (event level), and 300-level upper bowl. For concerts, the stage usually sits at one end, so side-stage lower-bowl seats give the best sightlines. Basketball and hockey use the full bowl—center-court or center-ice seats in the 100s are the sweet spot. Suites ring the 200-level; Madison Suites on the upper bowl’s south side include great seats with the section you want.

Security uses walk-through metal detectors; arrive 45–60 min early for sold-out shows. Re-entry is not allowed, so finish your drinks before you leave the concourse. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout, and the MSG app shows restroom wait times and lets you order food to your great seats.

The venue has a capacity of 19,500 people for events. Madison Square Garden has a cocktail capacity of 2,000 people. [2] [3]
