Located at 203 S Front Street, this versatile facility offers up to 30,000 square feet of adaptable event space, making it a trusted choice for conferences, banquets, trade shows, and large receptions. The center features the Colonial Capital Ballroom (up to 12,000 sq ft) and an 8,000 sq ft prefunction/registration area, along with 100 exhibit spaces. With 1,000 banquet seating capacity and receptions for up to about 1,350, you can secure your seats for memorable gatherings in a downtown setting with scenic waterfront views.

Parking is convenient with two on-site parking lots, including complimentary options, and a lot directly across from the center. Attendees can rely on Craven Area Rural Transit System (CARTS) fixed routes for easy travel around New Bern. More than 400 hotel rooms are within walking distance, with adjacent properties like DoubleTree New Bern Riverfront offering comfort and convenience for your event.
