  • Capacity: configuration-dependent; hockey ~9,916; basketball ~11,736; end-stage concerts ~11,661 (official facility figures). Some sources cite up to about 12,600 for certain concert configurations.
  • Seating chart: available per event on Ticketmaster; multiple configurations (end-stage, center-stage, Star Theatre, etc.).
  • Parking: multiple paid lots around the arena; ~1,179 total stalls in designated lots; no in-out privileges during events.
  • Transit: STA available; designated Shuttle Park option (Route 11 Downtown/North Bank Shuttle) to downtown; STA service to events.
