The Lowbrow Palace is a staple of El Paso’s live music scene, featuring an indoor main room and an expansive outdoor yard. With a two-stage setup and mostly general admission standing room, the venue draws a mix of national and international acts, local performances, and special events. Since relocating to 1006 Texas Ave in 2022, it has continued to host high-energy shows and intimate acoustic sets alike. Whether you’re catching a headliner on the main stage or a intimate set outdoors, we’ve got you covered with seating information, parking tips, transit options, and nearby hotel and dining recommendations to help you plan your night with ease.

Seating at The Lowbrow Palace is typically standing room only for most shows. Some quiet or acoustic performances may offer chairs, but there are no fixed seats for most events. Indoor capacity is approximately 450, while the outdoor yard can accommodate around 1,500, bringing the total to about 1,950 depending on configuration. Parking on site is limited, with paid parking passes sometimes offered with tickets. Street parking is available but limited; nearby public lots are convenient alternatives. For getting there, Sun Metro routes 206, 207, 59, 62, and 66 serve the area, and rideshare drop-off is available at the venue. If you’re visiting from out of town, consider nearby downtown El Paso hotels—Aloft El Paso Downtown, Courtyard by Marriott El Paso Downtown/Convention Center, Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park El Paso, and Hotel Indigo El Paso Downtown. These options put you within a short ride to the venue and connected to the city’s dining scene. We’ve highlighted trusted hotel and restaurant partners to help you secure convenient accommodations and great pre- or post-show meals. If you’re curious about a specific show’s seating or setup, check the event page for notes on seating arrangements and any exceptions to the standing-room policy.
