Location and access matter for a smooth event experience. The arena sits at 201 E Jefferson St, Phoenix, AZ 85004, easily reachable by car, light rail, or a quick ride from downtown accommodations. Whether you’re attending a Suns game, a concert by a major artist, or a family-friendly show, you’ll find practical details here to plan your visit.

Parking is convenient with a five-story on-site garage offering roughly 700 spaces, plus the adjacent Jefferson Street Garage with about 1,450 spaces. For some events, valet parking is available. If you’re taking public transit, the venue sits on the Valley Metro Light Rail network near the 3rd Street/Jefferson stop, making trips from surrounding neighborhoods straightforward. If you’re staying downtown, Hyatt Regency Phoenix and Renaissance Phoenix Downtown are within walking distance and offer easy access to the arena. We recommend checking event-specific parking and transit options on the official event page or Ticketmaster seating chart for exact configurations and any changes. When you’re ready to secure seats, we’ve got you—no fuss, just straightforward tickets to the show you want.

Nearby dining and lodging partners can enhance your trip. For a comfortable stay, consider nearby hotels and our trusted partner recommendations for dining and convenience. Whether you’re planning a quick bite before the event or a post-show meal, you’ll find options within a short stroll of the arena. And remember, the seating chart varies by event, so verify the configuration (basketball, in-the-round, end-stage, or theater) when selecting your seats.
