The Oregon Convention Center (OCC) is a premier event venue in Portland, Oregon. A metro-owned facility with expansive exhibit space and multiple ballrooms, the OCC is designed to host large-scale trade shows, conventions, and events while staying accessible to attendees. With 255,000 square feet of contiguous exhibit space, 52 meeting rooms, and two ballrooms (the Oregon Ballroom and Portland Ballroom), the OCC can accommodate diverse event needs. The Level 1 exhibit halls (A–E) and Level 2 ballrooms offer up to 13,550 theatre seats when configured for stage-style events. The venue underwent a major renovation completed in 2019, ensuring modern facilities while maintaining its role as Portland’s hub for large shows, auto and dance events, national conferences, and more. Parking includes an underground garage with about 800 spaces, with event-driven rates typically ranging from the best available price for standard lengths to the best available price–the best available price for larger gatherings. Direct transit access is available via MAX Light Rail, Portland Streetcar, and local bus routes. Adjacent to the OCC, the Hyatt Regency Portland at the Oregon Convention Center provides convenient overflow lodging for attendees.
