Led by Head Coach Jody May since 2008, the Britons compete in the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) and play home games at the historic Kresge Gymnasium, built in 1925 and renowned as Michigan's oldest active intercollegiate athletic facility. Albion College’s basketball program has earned recognition in recent years, including BCAM College Coach of the Year honors for 2020 and the 2019-20 MIAA Regular Season Championship. In 2025, generous donors pledged $1 million toward upgrading Kresge Gymnasium, enhancing facilities while preserving the historic character of Michigan’s oldest active intercollegiate athletic venue. The 2025-26 schedule features multiple home games at Kresge Gymnasium, such as the Nov 10 matchup with Manchester and the Mike Turner College Classic games on Nov 21-22, with additional home dates including Jan 21 vs. Alma, Jan 24 vs. Adrian, Jan 31 vs. Calvin, Feb 14 vs Kalamazoo, Feb 21 vs Adrian, and the Feb 28 MIAA Tournament.
