2. Ticket Resale Disclosure

Gold Coast Tickets is a resale marketplace, not a primary box office, venue, team, artist, or promoter. We are an independent broker and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any venue, team, artist, promoter, or primary ticket provider unless explicitly stated.

Ticket prices listed on our site may be above, below, or equal to face value, as they are set by the market and reflect factors such as demand, seat location, availability, and the cost of acquiring inventory. The "face value" printed on a ticket is the original price set by the event organizer and may differ from the price you pay.

3. Placing an Order & Pricing

• All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.
• Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change until an order is confirmed.
• Orders may include service, delivery, and processing fees, which are disclosed before you complete checkout.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case you will receive a full refund of any amount charged.

4. Payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

5. Delivery of Tickets

Depending on the event, tickets may be delivered by one or more of the following methods: instant download / electronic (e-tickets), mobile transfer, will-call pickup at the venue, or physical shipment via a courier. The available delivery method for a specific event is shown before purchase. Estimated delivery timeframes are approximate and depend on when the event organizer releases the inventory to the market.

6. Canceled, Postponed & Rescheduled Events

• Canceled events: If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price you paid (excluding any separately disclosed non-refundable fees, where applicable by law). Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Postponed or rescheduled events: If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets remain valid for the new date. Refunds for postponed/rescheduled events are not guaranteed and are subject to the event organizer's policy; we will work with you to seek a resolution wherever possible.

7. Your Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our service to purchase tickets for the purpose of unlawful resale in violation of applicable law;
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or purchase tickets;
• Attempt to circumvent purchase limits or access systems you are not authorized to use;
• Misrepresent your identity or payment information;
• Resell, transfer, or distribute tickets in violation of the ticket's terms or applicable law.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

We warrant that tickets we sell are authentic and valid for entry, backed by our 100% Buyer Guarantee. Except for this warranty, our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gold Coast Tickets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of our service or any tickets purchased. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant order.

You agree to indemnify and hold Gold Coast Tickets harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You submit to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, for any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
