United Center Tickets

The United Center is two blocks south and one block east of the Damen Green Line station.

CTA bus routes 9 Ashland, 20 Madison, 50 Damen, and 126 Jackson stop in front of or within a few blocks of the United Center.

The CTA operates the post-event No. 19 United Center Express bus to Union Station, downtown, and Michigan Avenue.

Official United Center parking includes fan lots A, B, D, F, H, J and K. Lot C serves ADA and fan parking, and Lot E is the Uber Zone.

United Center states that its public parking lots open 2.5 hours before event time.

The United Center Uber Zone is in Lot E at Madison Street and Wood Street.

The United Center Box Office lists regular hours of 11 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday through Friday. On weekend event days it opens two hours before doors.

United Center's current general policy allows a small purse or personal bag up to 10 by 6 by 2 inches and prohibits backpacks, with exceptions for required medical equipment.

All guests pass through visual inspection, bag inspection and metal detection at United Center entrances.

The United Center provides sensory bags at designated Guest Relations locations and a sensory room at Gate 2 1/2.

Queenie’s Supper Club accepts pre-event dining reservations, but the venue says an event ticket for that day is required.

Checkout-free markets are located in the atrium and near Sections 106, 213, 230, 301/334 and 317/318.

All seating at the United Center is assigned, and guests are instructed to retain their tickets for access to their seating area.
